Have a Cup of Coffee and Sign our Petition

This is the last stretch of our effort to collect signatures onto a petition for a Comprehensive Fiscal Analysis of East LA, and we are very excited!

Know anyone that hasn't yet had a chance to sign? Tell them to come by Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf (map) on Wednesday 12/10 from 4-8pm, or Starbucks (map) on Thursday 12/11 from 4-8pm, where volunteers will be on hand to collect signatures.

This is the last chance, so encourage anyone who hasn't signed to have a cup of coffee and do their part for our community.

One Last Push for Cityhood Petitions! Saturday 12/6 at 10AM

This holiday season the East Los Angeles Residents Associations and all supporters of Cityhood for East L.A. have much to be thankful for. We have received support and encouragement from residents all across East L.A., and the response to our current petition drive has been very positive.

We are pleased to announce that we have collected over 10,000 signatures on our petition to call for a fiscal analysis of our community, the first step towards Cityhood.

But this good news doesn't mean we're done yet. We have just a few more weeks to collect signatures, and we need all hands on deck! Please come out and collect signatures with us just one more time, to put us over our goal and build community support for our future City.

Will you walk precincts and knock on doors with us one more time?
